DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday (including holidays) are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Shipping confirmation will be sent via email with a tracking number once the shipment has been completed.

Ryze Project offers FREE shipping for orders that exceed $75 via USPS Priority Mail within United States of America, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We offer a flat rate shipping of $7.95 for standard shipments under $75 within the continental United States of America. 

 

USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days $7.95

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days $20

 

NOTE: We ship your orders to the address provided by you. Ryze Project is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or delays by USPS.

Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. Ryze Project will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Ryze Project has no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Please note transit times above are provided by USPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

What to do when returning merchandise.

Simply write us an email at returns@ryzeproject.com with your original order number and we will send you back a shipping label for the return. All merchandise has to be in its original packaging and returned in original condition. We reserve the right to deny any refund if we believe the items do not adhere to our return policy; merchandise purchased are damaged, worn or misused. Please note that return shipping fee of $7.95 is required and will be deducted from your refund.

1. Print your return shipping label that you receive via our email and attach to the outside of the package

2. Drop off your package at the nearest USPS location or mailbox

 

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days. We will send a confirmation email to the address from which the order was placed. Please note that your banking or credit card company may take longer to process the refund. It may take up to 7 additional business days once they’ve received the information from Ryze Project.


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Ryze Project will not accept a return on merchandise that was previously worn or damaged after purchase, or missing the original tags. The merchandise will be returned to you without a refund/store credit at our discretion.
  • Sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

     

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense within postmarked 30 calendar days. We recommend using traceable and insured service. Please contact us first at returns@ryzeproject.com before shipping back your product. All merchandise has to be in its original packaging and returned in original condition. We reserve the right to deny any refund if we believe the items do not adhere to our return policy; merchandise purchased are damaged, worn or misused.

     

    EXCHANGES

    If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
