Emilia Kohut’s collection is known for experimentation to create one-of- a-kind works of art. Here, she recreated marble with a black and white resin design as a centerpiece. A transparent resin slice was perfectly made to capture the colors underneath. A high-quality rubber cord passes through the design for a modern finish. Product may vary slightly from the image shown.
Emilia Kohut designs her jewelry in Gdynia, Poland. A graduate of Industrial Design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, she began her career in the Laboratory of Small Industrial Design and Jewelry. Staying true to her laboratory roots, she experiments with materials like amber, wood and fishskins, constantly pushing her limits to powerful results. Mostly, we love that no matter how far she explores the possibility of design, all of her work comes back to the same wonderful brand of sexy and sensual.
The Gold Circle Frame Necklace is part of DSNU’s “Fragments” jewelry collection which combines geometric shapes with broken porcelain pieces, creating a play between the perfection of geometry and beauty provided by the imperfection of fracture. Each necklace contains the lines of a unique horizon, possibly a mountain, canyon or ocean; an unrepeatable landscape in which we feel reflected.
Also available in Sterling Silver
Due to the characteristics of artisanal production and the design process, the size and contour of the piece may slightly vary, making each piece of jewelry slightly different compared to the pictures.
